What I want to know about Loren and Elfangor is how Elfangor got his human morph. Like, did Loren pick it out? Did Elfangor come to her and ask what humans like to see in each other, and she was like “well I can tell you what I like ;)”? I’m just imagining them like looking at magazines full of hot dudes, make spreadsheets of desired traits, drawing mock ups. And how did he acquire the DNA with out being found out? Obviously he had to get multiple ppl so did like… Loren throw a party of of hot ppl and like hid Elfangor in the shower so he could sneakily take their dna and then get them all drunk just in case? Cuz I’m not really seeing any other alternative. Did he make multiple morphs and let Loren pick? Did he surprise her with her dream man?
But I mean imagine being able to sort of decide what your alien husband will look like
– They can use thought-speech pretty much straight away, sure; but early on it’s much more like pictures and images and feelings that get transmitted (basic stuff: hungry, scared, happy) before they get more articulate.
– Also, they’re not able to moderate their thought-speech at all until they get older, so there’s no sending-this-one-thought-to-this-one-person business. All adults in range can hear the children talking, it’s just considered normal and a way of keeping track of them. As they learn to be more precise, usually it’s their parents they can hone in on first.
– Like horses they are born fully able to walk and therefore feed themselves but they are adorably wobbly to start with.
– At this age their fur is super, super fluffy and soft.
– Inspired again by @c-rowlesdraws‘s art, when they’re born their tail blade is encased in something a little like cartilage, and the fur just before it on their tail is super long so it looks like they’ve just got a brush-like tail. They can give you a thump with it, but not a serious injury (think toddler fists at maximum energy). As they grow, the blade gradually emerges from the softer tissue and the longer fur stops growing in anymore. During this period it’s quite tender and hurts to hit things with.
– Andalite toddlers don’t try to climb everything like humans do, but they absolutely run everywhere at high speed and try to swing their fluffy tails in imitation of the adults.
A small scene also from the first session. As the group begins to attempt their first morphs – barred owls – we realize that our clothes were not coming with us when we transform… Everett, who doesn’t change right away, realizes a very important small disk that was given to Kioshi (by the andalite) would be left behind on the ground. He hands it awkwardly to his sister….as an owl, who, at that moment, was trying to figure out HOW to owl. It is a strange interaction.

So this happened to me a few days ago, and I thought maybe sharing my experience could help someone if this happens to them in the future.
I was checking my Tumblr when suddenly I was logged out from it and given the usual Log In page. When I entered the details to access my blog, this appeared:
My heart skipped a bit. I tried to re-enter the details (maybe I got them wrong the first time), but no, the same message about Termination was shown. I typed my blog URL and got the
ominous
:
Same thing with my sideblogs.
So obviously I was very worried. I contacted the Tumblr support but didn’t get an answer for 48 hours, only an automated reply. I already started mentally saying goodbye to my blogs, my posts and all my followers, when finally I recieved their answer:

Hello, We’ve restored your account. Thank you for bringing this problem to our attention. We’re sorry that it occurred, and we’ll do our best to make sure that it doesn’t happen again. You should now be able to log in just fine with your email address and password. Please let me know if there’s anything else I can help you with.
My blog was restored and working normally. All my sideblogs were intact , and so were my posts and my followers. The only thing that was lost, is all the conversations by Messages. The people with whom you talked are still there, but all the history of the conversation is gone.
Alright so here is what you should do if this happens to you. Don’t panick like I did Click on the “contact support” link provided in the terminated window. Alternatively, go on Tumblr.com/support.
Politely explain your situation – give your blog URL, your mail, tell what happened exactly. I understand that the situation can be upsetting, but the person who will read the message and try to help you isn’t directly responsible for the termination of your blog. And sending an angry message with insults isn’t the best way to get your blog back either.
Wait for the reply of the team. If you feel like it takes too much time (more than few days for example), try to fill the Help/Support form again.
Once the team is in contact with you, keep the polite tone. Normally if your blog didn’t go againt the Tumblr rules and policies, you should getit back like I did.
So, all this drama made me want to see what I could do to defend my Tumblr, so I went and read the Tumblr help senter about sensitive content. Turns out there’s 2 things that can help!
1. Mark your POST as sensitive like so:
this one is pretty self-explanatory
2. Mark your BLOG as explicit, by going to your blog settings
Doing so will hide your tumblr from all people who kept the “safe mode” active
The downfall is exactly that, it will be a tad harder for people to find your content, but if most of your posts are explicit, you need to turn this on!
